printing w excel

have been using windows 98 and printing excel 97 on an
Itoh printer using generic printer -text only. I have
now loaded XP and the generic printer in the XP just
won't work. help someone.
 
You are in the wrong newsgroup. Try Windows/WindowsXP.
But I'm sure you will need to download the drivers for the
Itoh printer into XP.
