Printing view is not correct

I have a user who when he tries to print out an email, he would like it to
contain his name, the to field, the cc field, subject field, and the body.

Currently, all that prints is the body of the email. Does anyone know how
to correct this issue?

Thanks.
Brett

What version of Outlook and what print style?

I'm sorry. He is using Office 2003.

What he is doing is opening a new email, writing what he wants, and before
he sends it, he wants to print a copy so get approved by his manager...
anyways, he prints it and all that will show up on the paper is the body of
the email. He would like to have the "memo" style view, with the to, cc,
subject fields included.

If he clicks File>Print Preview does he see them? Is he using Word as the
mail editor?

He is using Word as his email editor and when you look at the print preview,
you cannot see them.

This will only print after sending or when setting Outlook as your email
editor instead of Word.

Robert gave you the answer I would have given had I seen this answer before he
did.
