Printing problems

I have created some spreadsheets in Excel and when I copy the spreadsheet to
word not all of the spreadsheet will fit on a page. I used the shrink to fit
option in Excel to make the worksheets fit to one page, but I can't do this
in word. Please help me, this is for a school project and the deadline is
coming up quick.

Thanks

If you copy the Excel range, and then paste special as a picture
into Word, you can resize the picture in Word as you wish. The
disadvantage of this method is that if you want to change the
data, you must do it in the original Excel worksheet, and then
copy and paste special into Word again.

If you check the paste link box, any changes made to the excel sheet will be
transferred to the shrunken image immediately, while both the spreadsheet
and document are open (or when you update the link otherwise). There should
be no need to re-paste. Double clicking the linked image will open Excel to
allow the changes to be made. Otherwise the linked image behaves like any
other image.

Thanks, I forgot about the paste link option, because I always
embed images/objects rather than link them, because I usually
need to send my Word documents to external recipients, and linked
images/objects can go wonky when they leave my computer or server
while embedded images/objects don't.
