printing problems

my mom is running win xp home and she started having printing
problems....she's getting the HTML when she prints.
It was just when she printed web pages but now it's even when she prints
emails too
Printing a Word doc is OK...so it's just internet related??

she gets different sizes of font, too, she tells me, based on whether she
prints by going File...Print or by clicking on the printer icon to print.

Any suggestions at all??
I know I'm being vague, I'm just going by what she's told me and I can't get
over there to see for myself right now.

This may be the answer. It mentions IE4, but could be the cause of your
problem too.
