I have created a Workbook with 104 worksheets (each worksheet is one page in
size). I want to print the entire Workbook on my duplex laser printer, so
that I end up with 52 double sided printed sheets. I have not had any luck,
I select Duplex printing on my print driver but excel seems to print each
individual worksheet as a separate document. Does anyone have an idea how I
can get around this? I need to get this project printed.

You can group all the worksheets and then issue one print command. Try
it with three sheets first of all - with your first sheet tab selected,
hold the CTRL key down and click on the second and the third sheet tab.
Then when you do File | Print it should print all three sheets - you
can use this test run to verify that your duplex printing is working.

You can group all the sheets when you are ready by right-clicking on a
sheet tab and clicking "Select All Sheets". Once you have done your
printing, you should remember to un-group the sheets, again by
right-clicking a tab.

Be careful - when you have sheets grouped together any change to one of
the sheets is automatically made to all the other sheets which are
grouped.

Hope this helps.

Simple.

Print the whole workbook to PDF (creates a 104 page pdf file) then
print the PDF file to duplex (52 pages back to back).

If you don't have a pdf writer try pdf995 www.pdf995.com
