Windows XP Printing Problem

When printing from Word to a canon s820, the document is reduced and prints in the upper left quarter of the paper. I've tried every setting I can think of to no avail. I'm not sure if it's a Word problem or a printer problem. Can anyone help? Thanks

Sounds like you have changed the default paper type, can you see if its set to A4.

Change it to A4 and see if that makes any diffrence, is the same in other office programs?

Open the document, select paper size A4 normal format, .
In File/pagesetup again do page set up also look at zoom section

Go to start>settings> printers and faxes> place a short cut on the desktop of the printer Now If you open the printer [double click] the icon, now go to printing properties> now set the printing preferences as you require apply and that should work.
