Hi
I just wondered if anyone can shed some light on a problem I have printing web pages. I’m currently running IE8 on Windows XP and want to print a web document onto A3 paper. I have about 10 print drivers set up on my pc which have saved settings ie A3 or A4, portrait or landscape, duplex etc. My current default printer is “A4 P” – A4 portrait.

The various drivers work perfectly in desktop applications such as Word, ie if I select the printer “A3 L Dup” the document prints landscaped onto A3 paper and duplexes it. However if I want to print a webpage it doesn’t matter which print driver I select ie A3 P, the print size in print preferences is always the same as my current default printer – A4. I have to manually change this then to be A3. Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong?

Many thanks
J
