I am using IE 6.0 SP2 and when I tried to print the webpages say 12 pages
and the preview is OK. But the printer can only print out the last page,
i.e. page 12. and this happens to other webpage as well. Other users in the
same network and same printer and the same driver don't have this problem.
And the word is printing normally. Can anyone please help? Thanks.

Hello Eric,

Thank you for using newsgroup!

From your post, IE6.0 cannot print all web pages except the last page.
Please let me know the following information:
1. What is the exact OS on the problematic machine?
2. Is this a local printer or network printer?
3. Can you print all pages correctly when you print from other programs
(i.e. Word, Excel, and Notepad)?

To narrow down the issue, I suggest you try the following steps to test the
issue:

Step1. Create another new user profile to test (For Windows 2000 or Windows
XP)
=================
1) Log on as the Administrator or as a user with administrator credentials.
2) Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
3) Click User Accounts.
4) Click the Advanced tab, and then click Advanced.
5) In the left pane, click the Users folder.
6) On the Action menu, click New User.
7) Enter the appropriate user information, and then click Create.
8) Logon with the new user account to see if the issue occurs in the user
profile. If the problem occurs, please go to the next step.

Step2.
=================
Please clean the print cache jobs. For this step, you may refer to the
manual of printer or contact the printer support to do.

Step3. Clean Boot
=================
For Windows 98:
How to Return from a Clean Boot State in Windows 98
----------------------------------------------
1. Click Start, click Run, type "msconfig"(without the quotation marks) in
the Open box, and then click OK.
2. On the General tab, click Normal Startup - load all device drivers and
services.
3. Click OK. Click Restart when you are prompted to restart your computer.

For Windows XP:
To isolate the influence of additional applications, please boot the system
into a Clean Boot environment to see whether this problem continues:

1. Unplug all the unnecessary devices, with only the keyboard, the mouse
left.
2. Click Start, click Run, type "msconfig" (without the quotation marks) in
the Open box, and then click OK.
3. In the Startup tab, click the "Disable All" button.
4. In the Services tab, check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" checkbox,
and then click the "Disable All" button.
5. Click OK and restart your computer.
