Printing problem with Powerpoint

The school are using the printer - HP Deskjet 970 and the
Powerpoint only prints first page, will not able to print
the rest of pages (all blanks). Is there a solution to
the situation Powerpoint 2002 with Windows XP configuring
with the printers?? Please help...thanks.
