Printing: Outlook header missing

Does no one else find it completely RIDICULOUS that we have to call Microsoft, wait on hold forever and possibly end up paying for them to tell us how to fix something they screwed up in the first place? I'm furious about this mess.

Actually, what I find ridiculous is how poorly EggHeadCafe.com co-exists
with Usenet newsgroups. Do they even give you the option of quoting the
post you are replying to? And when I've tried to contact the admins there,
I've *never* gotten a response.

As for paying for microsoft support:
a) From the first time you call on a product, you get 90 days of free
support (including that first call)
b) If you can't manage to get your call refunded, you aren't trying hard
enough
c) When a KB article says 'A fix is available by contacting microsoft' you
aren't going to be charged.

If your looking for the hotfix for win XP just google for this file: IE7-KB931657-WindowsXP-x86
Can somebody maybe tell me where to find the hotfix for Win 2003? (or the name of the file, so I can google it)

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/931657 also has Win 2003
info.

Has anyone observed this problem in Vista (Business and Ultimate
both)
with either Outlook 2003 or Windows Mail? The 931657 hotfix does take
care of the missing headers in XP, but now I'm seeing the same
problem
on two different Vista PCs using either email client.

Microsoft support wants $245 since Vista wasn't listed
as a hotfix version (XP version would not install).

Thanks
