Outlook header not printing

On a few received emails, the header info is not printed out (date, source,
etc) only the text body itself. There is not an option to define the print
styles on these particular emails.

Any ideas.

I have this same problem. All users have Outlook 2003 - fully updated.
At first was only one user, now it's 3 of my end users.
There doesn't seem to be rhyme or reason that i have found that makes the
header not print. I have researched this off and on for 5 months and have
not found a solution.
This really isn't a very good soultion, because there is no way of knowing
ahead of time if the email you print is going to leave off the header. I've
told them to do a reply or forward and then print the email. Anyone out
there have this problem? I've been thinking about reinstalling Outlook 2003
to see if that will work.
