printing in XP

I have multuple users accessing a windows xp desktop. how do I set it up so
a
printer is available for all users instead of setting one up for each of
their individual profiles? When I need to make a change, it is painful to
maintain with the different users.

then just make that PC..........O N E U S E R...instaed of all that
different user stuff....

can't due to issues with other programs and security issues.

Any ideas?
