printing envelopes

eI'm using Word 2003 and trying to print a standard 9 1/2 by 4 1/8 inch
envelope. I type the "To" address and the "Return" address in the
appropriate boxes. But when the envlope is printed, the "To" and "Return"
addresses are not lined up on the envlope where they should be. What am I
doing wrong?
