Envelope return address printing

Word 2003 tool used to print envelope return addresses but no longer. The
correct data appears in the return address box and the preview window depicts
the envelope correctly with or without the return address according to the
checked or unchecked status of the "Omit" box.
Suggestions appreciated.

I'm afraid I don't understand your question. I have Word 2007, just this
morning I printed envelopes with return address include.

Probably an issue with the Printer/Printer Driver combination. Check the
Printer manufacturer's website for an updated Printer Driver.

Does the address appear in the expected position on the envelope?
