Printing # 6 3/4 envelopes does not work

Using Word 2003, I am trying to print on #6 3/4 envelopes, a standard size. I
have tried both Tools/envelopes and creating a custom size blank document,
and in both cases the printing is shfited both horizontally and
vertically--it puts the return address in the top middle of the envelope. #10
envelopes work perfectly, and I have checked that I am feeding the media
correctly, etc. (Interestingly, there is a #6 3/4 envelope listed under
Tools/Envelopes but not in paper sizes). Help!
