How do I put a custom sizing for envelopes? Ex: 6 5/8 x 5 1/8

I am trying to print 200 envelopes for wedding invitations. I need the
easiest way of creating these envelopes. The custom box does not accept the
dimensions above and I do not know how to convert these numbers for Windows
2003...

Envelope size: 6 5/8 x 5 1/8

Use the next larger standard size and adjust the margins so that when the
envelopes are passed through the printer the text is in the correct

FWIW wedding invitations and their envelopes should normally be hand
written.
