why is envelpoe size 6 3/4 wrong size in word 2002?

When I print envelope 6 3/4 is the only envelope that does not print per
size, all other envelopes print per size.

If you check its options in the envelope wizard, what settings are shown?
Make all but the delivery address from top 'Auto' and set the from top entry
to 3.73 cm which should be close enough.

If you are working with different envelope sizes, you may find it simpler to
use envelope templates - see
