Envelope Address Position Problem

When I use Word 2007 to print an envelope on my Brother MFC-7240, the
delivery and return addresses do not print on the envelope correctly. The
delivery address is near the margin of the envelope. The return address is
completely off the envelope (seen when printing on full sheet of paper).
This is a new problem. Previously, the envelopes printed properly. Both
Brother and MS software is current.

Appreciate ideas.
 
It sounds as if you've inadvertently changed the feed method. In the
Envelopes and Labels dialog, click Options, then click the Printing Options
tab. Does the Feed method diagram match how you're feeding the envelope into
the printer?
