Envelope Extra1 in Word 2007?

How do I do Envelope Extra1 in Word 2007. In 97-2003 I was able to establish
an AutoText that would print our return address with our logo graphic. With
the new version I save the logo and return address as EnvelopeExtra1 but when
I print envelopes it only prints the return address and logo and not the
person the envlope is addressed to. What am I doing wrong?
