Printing E-Mail Message Headers

When I forward an e-mail message I composed and then go to my "Sent" folder
to print it later, the message header (date & time sent, to, cc, bcc) does
not print.

The message header does print out on my other sent e-mails -- ones that I
did not forward.

How can I print the message header on all my sent e-mails?
