Print BCC List on Hard Copy

Using Outlook 2003
I sent an e-mail to many people under BCC. When I open the sent e-mail, I
can see the list of recipients I sent it to on screen. When I print the
e-mail, I cannot see the BCC list. Is there a setting to change so I can see
the BCC list when I print it?

That doesn't look too hard but I can't get it to work.

My 'new' message form shows 'BCC' but when I design the message form (my OL
2003 has no 'Design this form' option') BCC does not show.

I drag and drop and set the validation, and click OK, but the BCC is not in
the print preview, nor is it there when I try design form again. If I click
'file-save' on the message form's menu, I don't get a prompt to save the
form.

Is there another OK or save button that I'm missing?
