How can I get bcc's and list of attachments to print on e-mails?

When I print an e-mail, I can see who the e-mail is from, who is the
receiver, the date and the subject, but it doesn't print who I sent bcc's to
or a list of the attachments I sent. Is there a way to get the bcc's and the
list of attachments to print on my printed e-mails?

Hi Vicki,

I am assuming that you are looking at your message in the sent items folder.
I tried printing a message with the same requirements that you indicated and
was unable to do so. But if you try a print screen of the page, you will be
able to capture the information in Word.

You can get a list of attachments by having the e-mail in HTML format. It
looks like you have to buy/download an add-in to be able to print the bcc
field.

The copy that's in your Sent Items folder will display the recipients in the Bcc
field, but by design these will not show up when you print the message.

As a workaround you can edit the message and then copy & paste the addresses in
the body of the message. This message can then be printed.

Keep in mind that the addresses pasted in the body will be in the exact format
as copied, e.g., some may be nicknames only, others may a combination of
nicknames + e-mail address and still others could be simply e-mail addresses. I
mention this in case you want to forward this info to someone else and they will
find that nickname only entries will be invalid to use as-is.
