Probably have to export as a Comma Separated Values text file then open that
in a spreadsheet program or other and print it from there. There's quite a
few things that apparently weren't either thought of or considered needed
during it's build.
If you open the Windows Mail contact list, click on at least one contact to
make the Print option available on the Tool Bar. You've a choice of three
formats(Business Card, Memo, Phone) and the option to print the selected
contact or all. Recommended: Test each the format with a single contact
unless you've a lot of extra paper

Adding the toolbar (which should be on by default) helps. Odd that it's on
regualar Explorer windows and not the window for Contacts. A config file
(xml) somewhere?

I haven't seen the option NOT to have the toolbar.
What do you mean by regular explorer window v.s. Contacts window. The
Contacts folder is an Explorer window using the Contacts template.

Yes, they are both an Explorer window however, Contacts never had the
toolbar on and the regular Explorer window I turned it on. It was like the
old "Remember this setting for this folder". Contact's Explorer was like a
separate shell from the regular Explorer.
I don't know why it's that way, but has been. I'm just chalking it up to "By
Design" like so many other flaws I'm seeing.
