Printing a Group Contact List

H

HeatherRab

I have Vista on my PC and am using Windows Mail.

I have several Group Contact Lists and would like to be able to print a hard
copy of each of these lists individually. I know how to "export" contacts to
a spreadsheet, but I can only see how to use this option to export my ENTIRE
email list. I want to be able to limit the exported items to a list of ONLY
the names in any SPECIFIC CONTACT GROUP.

Is there a way to do this?
Thanks.

A quick way to do this is to 'send' a blank email to the Contact Group you
want to get. (Make sure you do not have Send/Receive to send immediately!).
Or else find an email you have previously sent to that Contact Group.
Then go to your Outbox and open the Properties of your unsent email, check
the Details tab, and you can highlight the names & email addresses and
select 'Copy'.
Then you can Paste the list into your spreadsheet or document.
Works for me. There's probably another way to open up a new address book on
your Desktop and copy the Group into that but don't ask me how that's done.
Hoping that's the answer you want.
Cheers, John
