Printing calendar & printing email (margins)

Hi!

I'm working as an IT-support in our company and there is few small but
nasty problems which I can't solve. So I was wondering if you could
help me..? Enviroment: Outlook 2003, Exchange.

1. There is one secratary who has in use shared calendar of few
employers. Problems is that she can't print user X's one day calendar
but printing week calendar and month calendar works just fine. She also
can print user Y's and user Z's (and so on) every calendar without
problems. Do you have any ideas to solve this prolblem?

2. There is one user who has problems printing his emails. When he
prints an email the first few letters are missing and sometimes also
last letters are missing (on each line). I have checked from Page Setup
--> Paper type (is A4), Page size (is A4) and margins (1,3 cm each).
Any ideas to solve this problem? Is there somewhere else some settings
which I propably haven't check?

Sorry my bad english, it's not my native language. Thanks for helping
me!

1) Make sure she doesn't have the calendar printout set to include the TaskPad. (In the future, please note that it helps to provide detailed symptoms. Otherwise, we're just guessing. IN this case, for example, it would have been appropriate for you to explain what happens when she tries to print the day view.

2) I don't have any ideas on that one. DOes it occur for all messages or just some? If just some, is there anything consistent about those messages? Are they all HTML or plain text, for example? What happens if you use another printer?

1) The error message (critical) she got when trying to print was: "The
messaging interface has returned unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart Outlook." Any ideas what that mean? I tried to
restart Outlook and computer, but the problem still exists. This
problem fixed when I ticked off 'Include TaskPad'. Thanks for the tip!
But I still have no idea why I had to tick off this Include TaskPad
only for this user. Not any other users..

2) I advised user to control, if there is something consistent about
these messages. I let know when user contacts to me again and tells me
the results of his controlling.

Thanks for help!
