Calendar Printing Assistant Duplicates

I have one user who has rights to her boss's mailbox, which is added as a
mailbox in exchange. When she uses the calendar printing assistant to see his
appointments for a particular day, each appointment is doubled.

The problem goes away if I remove the mailbox from Outlook, so that's
clearly what's causing it. But she needs access to the mailbox and I'd prefer
not to have her going in and out of two different profiles just to be able to
print a calendar a few times a day.

Any idea what's going on?

I have a personal calendar and manage the calendars for 4 MDs. I am having
the same problem. When I access one of the MD calendar all of the
appointments are duplicated. Any ideas on how we can get an answer?

I currently have a trouble ticket with Microsoft logged to try to correct
this. It's been escalated up to the proper developers and they're working on
it. I'll try to update this thread when I get a response from them.
