Printing boundary problem

I'm sure we've ll had this problem before so I hope that, if it has not been
asked before, this question will recieve some answers that wil benefit, not
only me, but others as well. Here we go:
When you try to click print on a webpage, you sometimes get half of the page
cut off when it comes out on paper because the contet of the page stretches
to far wide. Is there any way to prevent this?

Thanks in advance.

in the printer selection window select resize to A4 or any other size

this will resize the document but if a line streches too much on the right
the extra line will come in second line

but why does it not work at 8.5x11? does resizing it to those other paper
sizes force the computer to resize the document?

Hi. this IS thundertruck, but I'm just replying on a different .net account.
The thing you suggested didnt work. Why cant the page just simply print on
one page? I think this is a pretty wide spread proble because not all sites
have that "printer friendly option" but people want to print those pages.
Thanks ahead.

Talk to the people who designed the web page you can't print.
