Printing a web page

I am trying to print a web page I made using the Web Page Wizard. I chose a
theme (background) for my page from the list of options, but when I print the
page, the background doesn't print. How do I get the background to print?
 
If you have Word 2003, there is an option on the Print tab of Tools |
Options to print the background. In earlier versions, you must print from
your browser, with the option to print the background enabled in Tools |
Internet Options.
