I chose a theme under the format tool bar in a word document. . . it looks
great on my screen as a background, but when i look under print preview or
actually print the document the background is white. . . i have tried on a
couple different printers, so how do i get it to print with the theme i chose
as the background?

You don't say what version of Word you have. In most versions, Background is
just for Web pages. In Word 2003, you can get it to print by checking the
"Background colors and images" box on the Print tab of Tools | Options. In
previous versions, you *can* do it, but it's not worth the trouble. You need
a "watermark" instead. In Word 2002 and 2003, you can use Format |
Background | Printed Watermark. For earlier versions, see “HOW TO: Create a
Watermark in Word 97 and in Microsoft Word 2000†at
