Can you print the background theme on documents?

Is there a way to print the background theme that you are using on your Word
documents
 
In Word 2003 you can go to Tools > Options > Print and check the option for
"Background colors and images". I think that wasn't available in any earlier
version (I don't recall now whether Word 2002 had it, but I know 2000
didn't).

If that isn't available, you can insert a graphic anchored in the header and
send it behind the text. See
