printing a slide show

Hi, I'm new to powerpoint. I only have ver 2002. I'm trying to print my
slides. The slide only has information on half on the slide. When I print it
it prints on the whole page. How can I print what I'm seeing. Any help would
be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Printing the whole slide is the only option when printing.

Maybe I didn't make my self clear sorry. I have bullet points on the one
slide that only takes up half of that slide but when I print the slide it
expands the text to cover the whole slide. Why when I look at it on the
screen it is only half of the slide but prints it to fill the whole slide?
Thanks for the help.

Any chance I could have a look at the slide? If so, send it to me at

Thanks Michael I fixed it. All I did was close out of the powerpoint and
reopened it and it is fine. It's a little iinconvenient but it works.
Thanks for your help.

You're welcome! I know there are times when I need help and find the same
problem but they don't say what helped to solve the problem. It's only right
to finish something that was started for all of us. Thanks again.
