Printing a single sheet on a plain text message

I am trying to print the first sheet of a plain text email. HTML emails
allow me to select which sheets to print. Plain text messages only give me
the option of even or odd. All I want to print is the first sheet.

Any ideas?

Save the message as a text file, then use Notepad or some other program (one
with finer printer control than Outlook) to open and print.
