Printing from outlook - Fonts tiny

I see this has been an issue for some time with IE7 and Outlook 2003.
Printing is tiny on random emails. Changing to plain text is not an option,
must be HTML. Shrink to fit is also not working.

Anyone actually have a solution for this?
