Printers/Windows logo testing

The software you are installing for this hardware:
Printers
Has not passed windows Logo testing to verify its
compatibility with windows XP

HELP PLEASE
 
Click OK to continue with the installation after checking that the drivers
you are trying to install are the latest ones from the printer
manufacturer's website.
 
I need help, too. My new Windows XP Home Edition will not print the same size
page in the spreadsheet mode that I was printing with Windows ME and my HP
OfficeJet K60. I still have the K60, but it will print only 50 lines as
opposed to the 55 lines I was printing. This poses a real problem, as I
cannot correct just one page and add it to the book of names and dates I have
saved. Any help?
