Printers not appearing in Chooser

HI All

I have a small network with two macs attached. We use a program caller
Posterjet to print to our largeformat printers. The macs connect to this via
our SBS2000 Computer. However this program uses a lot of resources so I
decided to add a standalone win2000 server for this program. Installed the
server setup Print and File for Macs. The macs see the new server and can
connect no problem but in chooser there are no printers listed. Anybody come
across this before. I repeated what I di when I installed the SBS2000 but
can't see what I am doing wrong

Hi Paul!

Since your Macs can see the server in the Chooser, Appletalk is installed
and working for everything. Great.

File Services for Macintosh must also be working properly as well, but Print
Services for Macintosh may not be installed or may not be started.

Check this and also check your Event Logs for any error reports.

Thanks for reply. After I removed and added the service back. The printers
still didn't appear. SO I added a LPT printer and shared and it appeared. So
I removed and added the original printers and they both appeared!!!

So everything is now working.

I'm seeing a similar problem....

All you did was delete the printer, then add it again and reshare it?
