printers in terminal client

When connected to windows 2000 server as a client in
terminal server mode I cannot see shared printers on the
network. If I log in as Administrator then I can see and
use all shared printers. How can I see and use printersin
client mode without giving clients Administration rights?

This sounds like a permissions issue. If you log onto the console of
the server with a non admin account are the printers redirected?
