printers in 2000 network

I am sysadm for abaut 200 mashines in a 2000 network.

-We have 5 rooms with 20 machines.
-One printer pr. room.
-Diferent users on all mashines, all day.

How do i install a printer on a machine so that the
printer will be installed for all users?
