Ok i have an issue, Whenever my aunt tries to install a
printer, it tells her that the parameters are incorrect
and wont install the printer is there a way to fix that?
 
Which printer is she trying to install......?

Is she correctly installing the software FIRST before connecting the printer
to the PC?

Is she installing the CORRECT software (ie one designed for XP and NOT for a
Windows 9x system)?
