To Whomever:
Recently installed XP. My seldom used Apollo 2200
printer won't work right. The driver is not compatible
with XP. Apollo recommends trying an HP driver for the
HP 612C printer but that doesn't work. Is there a driver
out there that will drive this printer or do I need to
buy a new printer. It will print from "Word" but always
stalls when trying to print something from the internet.
It is a cheap printer but works ok for my needs when it
works. Help.

The driver is built into XP.

If you upgraded with the printer attached to the PC, completely unisntall
and reinstall your printer using the following instructions:

After the reboot, use the Add Printer Wizard to install the printer.
