I had Windows 98 second edition. I now have a new computer, but kept my Compaq IJ600 printer. I cannot get my printer to work correctly. I read that the driver for my computer copier will be different in Windows XP Home Edition, which I now have. How do I get my computer to work correctlly with Windows XP? My computer is "Intel Celeron 2.4" GHz" with a multimedia ATX desktop. I would also need to know how to remove any printer components that would interfere with the XP edition. Hope I'm making myself clear. Main idea here is to get my printer up and running with Windows XP Home Edition. I certainly will be grateful if you could assist me. Thanks. Lynn
 
Goto compaqs website and download and install the xp drivers for your
printer.
