I purchased a 763n HP computer with XP and a 7350
photosmart printer. Installed the printer with the disk
because XP can't find that model and it worked a couple
of weeks. Now it says it can't "find" the printer. HP
tech support said I need a patch for windows called sp1.
Did that. No luck. Any ideas?

I can vouch the 7350 works in XP Pro just fine. I've never had one
day's problem with it since it was put in service around seven months
ago. And yes, I have SP1 installed.
