Printer will not print from the computer to the printer

We have an hp officejet d135 and something has happened
to keep us from being able to print. When I post a
document to print a dos like screen pops up with:
C:\Windows\System32\Spool DRIVERS\W32X86\HPZENG04.EXE
Then the document never prints. I have tried to find out
if it is a driver problem and what happened to it and why?
Can someone help us with this????

Try a total uninstall and reinstall:
