printer spooler stops with event 7031

I could not install a printer on a new Windows XP SP2, because the printer
spool
service was stopped. Every time I start the spooler it stops after a minute
with
a failure in the event viewer: 7031.
I tried to use cleanspl.exe, still same problem.
Does someone have an idea for my problem?
