Printer spooler service

My HP printer keeps uninstalling itself and this time when i tried to add the
printer it said that the printer spooler service is not running and i cant
add the printer. How do i get the printer spooler service running again.

You should be able to start the Print Spooler service by opening the Control
Panel (Classic View), then Administrative Tools, Services, located and
double-click Print Spooler and Start the service. Also set the service to
"Automatic" Start up.

Or type the following in the Run dialog box located on the Start Menu to
start the Print Spooler.

sc config spooler start= auto
then
sc start spooler

I did exactly what you said but my computer refuses to comply. It says no
printer found.
