printer sharing

I have a small office network running Win 2k. My hardwired
pc's are able to connect to printers that we share, my
wireless pc are not able to connect to the printers, they
see the pc that the printer is shared on, but not the
printer.

What OS is running on the wireless PCs?

Can the wireless PCs connect to a folder (file) share on the wired PCs?
