Printer Queue Does Not Empty After Job Prints

I reinstalled XP SP2 and Office 2003 SP3. Now, for some reason, every time I
print, the job prints but also does not get deleted in the printer queue.
Does anyone have an idea of how to corredt this?

You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the unit. Also check if it
deletes after a reboot.

I did find that one of my network printeres, an HP Laserjet, now works
properly since I reinstalled the PCL6 driver. IT was using a PCL5e driver
somehow. All other network printers continue to have the same problem with
the spooler not deleting documents. They have correct drivers. I have a
feeling that it is something to do with having all network printers via
ethernet.
