Printer program

My printer, an epson stylus CX5200 all in one without fax,
will not print as I keep getting the message that the
printer is "off line" I do not know how to get it back on
line so that I can print. All plugs etc are in--
everything else seems ok--

What must I do to get the printer going? Or should I just
uninstall the printer program and reinstall it?

Try:
right click on the printer in the Printers folder
select Use Printer Online
