printer problem

Somehow my printer got deleted, so I went to control
panel, then to printer & fax, then clicked on add
printer. This error message appeared: "Operation can not
be completed".
What am I doing wrong, or what am I not doing.. Please
help..

I have the same problem, it is somthing to do with your

spooler service not being enabled. Did your copy of xp
come with your p.c or have you updated?
