Printer pooling

We have 3 labs in which we have two sets of printers that
are configured to pool. In each of the labs, one printer
gets almaost all of the print jobs. Many time that one
printer will have anywhere from 3-10 print jobs in the que
while the other printer sits idle. Is there any way to
make it so that the polling will be more equal?

We have a product on our web site called Print Distributor which will
provide a simple round robin type printer load balancing.
