Printer Passwords...

My network is a simple one: W2KPro, Win/ME, and Win98. Attached to W2K
machine is an HP printer. I get a password request on the Win/ME machine as
soon as it powers up.

I can't find out where the password is stored --- or, what I want to disable
the password to anyone on the network.

Have you added the usernames and password to the win2k
station?

Nope -- there's no security on this network (wife and kids are typically
trustworthy!). Just adding that will make the password request vanish?
